Thanks for the hint on seeing the full image for the stars. Very cool. Especially seeing the slight movement of the earth as the stars blur. What was the time lapse on that photograph? Did you take any photos of the lunar eclipse recently? Just wondering if you were anywhere on the planet where that would be visible. OK. Thanks for sharing and have a pleasant life.
The picture is made up of two images - one 15 seconds and one 30 seconds exposure - shot within the space of 4 minutes and then overlayed. So you have around 4 minutes movement of the stars in this image.
Unfortunately I was nowhere near the eclipse and didn't get any shots...
